Fix tablet keyboard input lag and add scroll-to-bottom button

Adds a dedicated input bar at the bottom that bypasses mobile IME composition buffering — characters are sent immediately on each input event instead of waiting for word boundaries. Also adds helper buttons (Enter, Tab, Ctrl+C) and a floating scroll-to-bottom button that appears when scrolled up from the terminal output.
