* feat: 🎸 Feature flag for `oss` and `hcp` binary

Create feature flag for `oss` and `hcp` to change specific input fields
based on binary editions

✅ Closes: ICU

* Update ui/admin/app/components/form/worker/create-worker-led/index.js
