Create `enable-session-recording` ui view.

* refactor: 💡 refactor scss for enable-session-recording

Refactor scss to use `rem` instead of Rose mixins for sizing.

* refactor: 💡 removed integration test

Removed integration test for `form/enable-session-recording`. User
testing will come from targets acceptance test.

Verified JSON credentials show up as a source that can be added to a
target as `brokered`, and not show up as a source that can be added to a
target as `injected`.

* Update ui/admin/app/controllers/scopes/scope/targets/target/add-injected-application-credential-sources.js
