* tests: update sqlmock tests for breaking chg

* tests (handlers): sort grants in checkEqualGrants(...)

sort the expected and got grants in
checkEqualGrants(...) to make the test more
deterministic.

* tests (asciicast): update backspace enc in TestEventMarshal(...)
