feat: set default connection limit to unlimited (-1) instead of 1 ( #2234 )
...
This avoids the confusion behavior of a session terminating as soon
as a single connection using that session is closed.

* Populating the warehouse with the host_address from a plugin basd host is unsupported.

refactor(wh): Remove host prefix from wh_user_dimension org fields
...
These fields are being refactored so they conform with the new
wh_credential_dimension. This will inform Business Intelligence tools
that these attributes conform across dimensions.
