Adds a new test to the e2e test suite that checks that an active session ends once the user is deleted.

fix(e2e): Add retry when checking if session is active ( #2586 )

Observed some flakiness here. A test reported that the session was still "pending". Adding additional retries to ensure that it will eventually go active.

test(e2e): Add ssh localhost test ( #2579 )

This adds a test case where a user would do `boundary connect` in one terminal and `ssh localhost` in another to get to the target.
