NormalizeStorageBucketData normalizes a given's storage bucket attributes before persisting.

Johan Brandhorst-Satzkorn 99f4bc092f Update go-plugin dep (#5552) 
* mod: remove unnecessary import groupings

Move all imports into one of two groupings:

1. Direct dependencies
2. Indirect dependencies

This is the standard used by the go tool. The old groupings
seemed very random.

Jim 28b465e4b8 refact: to use go-dbw CreateItems, DeleteItems (#4974) 
* refact: to use go-dbw CreateItems, DeleteItems

Latest version of go-dbw updated the signature of
CreateItems(...) and DeleteItems(...) on a happy
note this latest version of go-dbw actually does
batch inserts and updates for this functions.

* all: regenerate protos with new protoc-gen-go version
