* Reference PreferredEndpoints by top level struct name instead of embedded proto GetPreferredEndpoint method. Reorganize the sql files a little. * Make PreferredEndpoints replayable. Test refactoring to remove variables that persist across test calls. DeleteItems instead of trying to use WithWhere.
