* Discontinue support for old Server message in ServerCoordinationService. Split message into ServerWorkerStatus and UpstreamServer (which currently contains controller addresses). Remove unnecessary fields. Modify workerStatusServer to use new fields. Co-authored-by: Todd <github@quaddi.com>
