Michael Gaffney a8224f4f57 feat(sql): Add endpoint from session table to session recording ...

This adds an `endpoint` column to the `recording_session` table and
updates the session recording insert trigger to copy the value of
`endpoint` from the `session` table to the `recording_session` table.
