wav exceeding 4G limit - switch back to mono as default #10

When converting the community news the stereo pushed the wav file over 4 GB !!!

[wav @ 0x559e97168fc0] Filesize 4638329590 invalid for wav, output file will be broken

The show was mono to start off with so there is no point in switching to stereo and doubling the bandwidth and storage.

We're going back to mono as default with the option to do stereo on request and with reason.
