Process reserve shows before moving them to the reserve queue #9

The QA check needs to be done on all shows to identify issues in the media or shownotes.
For reserve shows if this is left to when a reserve show is posted, then a considerable amount of time may have passed meaning the host may not have the source material any more.

As part of the general show processing the reserve shows should no longer just be moved to the reserve queue.

The initial processing QA checks on the shownotes, images and media should be done so that issues can be identified closer to the time of posting.
