/maillist in the footer expands to current path #256

I tried to sign up to the Gitea instance with this email to add it to the issues there, but currently it says "contact the server admin to activate the account", so I sent you the email with the issue.

In the page footer, inside the "Social" section, the mailing list link does not work if it gets clicked from an episode page.

It seems the link tag points to "maillist" instead of "/maillist". So the browser considers it relative to the current location. So if I go to the last episode and I click in the mailing list link, it redirects to 404 page (https://www.hackerpublicradio.org/eps/hpr4333/maillist)
