Feature request - Make DuckDuckGo the primary search engine on the Search page, with the search taking the width of the page, like Bing is now.

Fixed width issue by changing layout. Each search form takes up full width of page and are stacked. I move DuckDuckGo to top of stack. Commit a2fb6b1f6a has the changes.
