Add automated insertion of the New Year Show announcement to the index page. The announcement will be included during generation during the month of December and the first day of the New Year. The ordinal number (Fourteenth, Fifteenth, ... Twentieth) of the show's title is now generated (up to the twentieth show--the code will need updated for show's beyond that). The start date and end date of the show is also automatically updated.
Any other content for the new year show announcement or information page must be updated manually in the corresponding templates.

This includes @ken_fallon changes to hide the live show links. Do we want to have them automatically included on the days of the shows?
