The ./site-generator should fail to run if all the perl modules needed are not installed

Social Links Cleanup

We could leave the accounts then, but maybe it's time to stop linking to them. Or suggest that people use email, or Matrix.

If anyone finds either link they just look defunct, and that's not great.
