Hello dear beloveds here with you at HPR and Twan.
The message of this episode is the following.
Life comes in waves, circumstances are volatile.
For the majority of them, we have no control of what happens.
Things happen in climate events, and happen in health.
Our, our health, or another one's health,
financially, emotionally.
Many, many, many depend on choices that others make,
or outside events that we as humans cannot trace,
or interfere on cause and effect.
And lah, that's an interjection.
We can't even tell the weather precisely yet.
Our emotions, they're subject to the same phenomenon,
as far as they are tired to that events,
our feelings of sadness, of relief.
We'll come and go, also as waves, unpredictable,
and patrous in precise.
It ruins the health of anyone.
Do you listen to your heartbeat?
It can be 80 or 110 BPM.
From one second to another,
by the choices of her thinking, without you moving a musco.
Like a music you're hearing, it can change your heartbeat
even though you do nothing, but also,
if you think you can change everything.
Of your body chemicals, of your heartbeat,
of her feelings that, in lasting instance,
are our choices, our choice of feeling.
A basketball player, for instance,
can be a better player, and then there's a research innate.
Only training in his mind,
imagination and comparison to one that is not practice at all.
Your mind, and by it we mean,
now the choices of her thinking, your mind
have influence in your muscular abilities,
and in your body chemicals.
These regulate basically the entirety of your sensations,
that are different from the feelings,
and contribute your health or lack of it.
So when one believes, have a belief,
he has a stable point in which to be firm.
Even though the circumstances are waves,
he's not floating on them.
He's anchored.
That's why if firm, if true, and this fate,
this subject that this person is more stable and happier
than an ordinary person that has no hope at all,
but lives by what the world has to offer today.
In summary, the instability is not beneficial,
especially if it's not only tights that are infrequent
and the rise but are more precise, more stable,
but if there are waves, it's more unstable yet.
Well, we are taken to the thinking of instability
for the pursuit of something we believe,
or are made to believe, is worth it.
And maybe not,
then when someone presents something we,
quote-unquote, need, that may not be the case.
We can think, then, we choose what we live for.
How I choose to few,
how I choose to behave,
because or in spite of what happens around and around and around.
No matter the point of the universe when person has reached
physically or perceptually, his transcendence,
his conquests of the best of his life, anything,
that does not define him for eternity,
because it's not in the best.
It's happening right now.
Has not ended, yeah?
No point of experience of me.
I have days of very low mood and uncertainty,
the feeling of serving for absolutely nothing.
Even in good days that may feel true,
the feeling that thinking may feel true to me,
but does not define me,
as it defines when I am in the ground on this thinking.
I have been sad things like this,
from people who have value or value it,
value it then, more than family of blood.
These are days that it's not healthy.
I don't have the appropriate care of my body.
I don't shower.
Until recently, those were days of much suffering,
but I perceived that in the next day of each of these days,
the next day,
in having kept and keeping trust,
keeping trust in the hope.
I have,
I can have a night of rest.
I can wake up and take a shower
and after all,
start a new,
almost a new,
haven't lived the bad experience the day prior.
As an experienced dead,
at that moment,
I only wanted to go away as soon as possible,
like,
take me out of these,
I want to go out,
I want to sleep and forget,
I want to,
anything.
Wow,
but after going through the entirety of it,
and it's full duration,
no short cuts,
I would not,
I would not replace this feeling
and learning experience by anything else.
Someone has said that English is when makes us do something.
In comfort,
we only go comfortable.
The purpose or the action
comes from the need to change.
I will repeat this phrase.
The purpose or the action comes from the need to change.
Every little experience,
and not only the great and the normal,
but little ones,
or seemingly little,
contribute,
contribute to mode someone,
the rest trajectory.
