Fixed the link to the mail list

- added redirect via hpr_hub .htaccess file
- added links to mastodon, matrix, and mumble

Removed contact and stuff you need to know pages as these are now in the about page

They have no more say over policy than anyone else. Anyone who has shown a long term dedication to the project and is trusted by the community, can become an admin.
