Randall Morey 863e81bc01 fix: 🐛 migrate IPC to service-based window for reliable testing 
This resolves a longstanding issue where IPC tests rely on the real
window.postMessage and MessageChannel APIs.  These are evented and
asynchronous, resulting in nondeterministic tests.  This commit updates
tests with synchronous mocked APIs.

Carlos Alcaide e4fb2e7c4d feat: 🎸 Fix ARIA issues and add tests 
Fix an ARIA issue where fieldset aria-describedby was pointing the
legend when it should point to description. Also no aria-describedby
will show if description (optional) is not provided.

Merge package has a security vulnerability that is fixed in a newer
version. We do not resolve merge directly, but as a dependecy of a
dependecy, so we especify a version range via selective dependecy
resolution.

Carlos Alcaide ec184ff4f1 chore: 🤖 Update UI's to could use node v15 
Update UI's engines in package.json to could use node v15. The change is
motivated for apple M1 chip. If you have an apple M1 chip you need to
use node v15 to avoid errors while building the UI.

versions defined in our UI's.

Carlos Alcaide 7065f462cd chore: 🤖 Update node version engines 
Update the node versions our UI's can use. These versions are specified
on the engines key in the package.json of each UI (admin and desktop).
Our UI's can run from node v10 to v14, we can not run on v15 because
ember-cli does not support it yet.
