Add worker serializer that focus' on `config_tags.type` and
`canonical_tags.type`.

* refactor: 💡 refactored `models/worker.js`

Because `canonical_tags` and `config_tags` are `readOnly` attributes, we
could use `attr` decorator instead of `fragment`.
