Jeff Mitchell 273cf29ba4 Update the sidebar to remove so many Model refs (#595) 
It's a bit overwhelming to consume the site and see that you have to
understand all these models. This simplifies it a bit. I also fixed up
some minor wording here and there.

* packagespec: remove meta.POST_PROCESSORS

- This is no longer needed in the spec file, as post-processor
  definitions are now standardized and not project-specific,
  as of Packagespec v0.1.4

* build: include go.{mod,sum} from go submodules

You can now use -authz-token in `boundary connect` which also allows
using the connect subcommands when you already have a token.
