The build script was renamed (hpr_container_email_shownotes.sh). I asked Ken
for a better name. :D

Changes to be committed:
new file: Containerfile
new file: hpr_container_email_shownotes.sh

Untracked files:
Community_News/mysql2sqlite <--Symbolic link from hpr_generator/utils
