Add a bash script to check that Perl module dependencies are installed on the OS. Currently the dependencies are manually included in the script. It will have to be updated whenever modules are added/removed from the site-generator script or the templates.

That's great. The Bash script is what we needed. I had spent (wasted?) time trying to find Perl magic to do it, but failed or ran out of energy!
