Having gone through the site generation process on my own computer, I noticed the utility for updating the sqlite database is called update-hpr-db.sh, but is referred to as update-sqlite-db.sh in the GETTING_STARTED.md file. This pull request fixes that issue.

Sorry - the closure of this was a side effect of my work trying to my fork being kept up to date with the main repository automatically. I will re-open the pull request shortly with the new fork...
