Fix layout on small displays to guarantee host meta data box wraps so information is display in column format for all hosts (Issue 294).

Also add more white-space between flex boxes for large displays and better align text elements.

Clean up layout of host meta info on host page c85a4b8c6e 
For small displays insure the meta info box wraps
and is displayed below the host id box.
Tweak flex gap for host_meta on small displays 4e2ecc4efc
