Fix regression in move from old site design to new site design. Highlight the background of he <pre> tag in show notes.

This also includes a fix for the episode navigation links padding which prevents them from overflowing the width of the screen on small displays.

Restore hightlighting to show notes preformatted text 30cca2bac0 
This was lost in the transition to the new website design.
Fix layout of episode nav links on small displays 7a59a769ed 
Reduce horizontal padding on small displays to prevent
navigation from overflowing width of screen.
