Should we drop the spx feed ? #3

In hpr3891 :: HPR Community News for June 2023 the discussion came up about the value in having the spx files.

This relates to the fact reported by SGOTI who reported garbled searches on Duck Duck Go. They appear to be rendering the spx files as text.

Furthermore Firefox is reporting "No video with reported format and MIME type found"

The home page says "The Speex codec has been obsoleted by Opus. It will continue to be available, but since Opus is better than Speex in all aspects, users are encouraged to switch"

After checking the logs, removing HPR checks, bots and spammers, there doesn't seem to be anyone (with a fixed IP address) using the feed.
