There needs to be a redirect for Pocket Casts clients to prevent them consuming excessive resources - [ ] Check user agent for string `Pocket Casts Feed Parser`. - [ ] Determine the feed type `[mp3|ogg|spx]` - [ ] Use a temporary redirect to https://hackerpublicradio.org/hpr_rss.php, https://hackerpublicradio.org/hpr_ogg_rss.php, or https://hackerpublicradio.org/hpr_spx_rss.php as appropriate
