Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Why would we need a chapter marker for the outro?
And is the intro always the same length? (which would make adding that marker trivial)
In short someone asked about it a few years ago, at the time we said we would look at it again when it started to be in mainstream use.
The intro is not always the same length. It is always the length of the music but there are edge cases where there is extra long Text to speech it can run over.
In any event
hprtranscodewill know the exact times so there is no guessing to be done. If hosts start sending in chapter marks, we need to capture them and readjust them.If we put in a chapter mark for the start, it will allow people to skip the intro and get to the show. Pressing Page UP in
mpvas an example.If we are adding the intro it makes sense to add the outro as well. This would signal the "host managed" part, and would allow end users to script stuff.
