In hpr3891 :: HPR Community News for June 2023 the discussion came up about having a Episode Zero in all feeds to explain what HPR is, how it works and how to contribute.

This would be added automatically to all the RSS feeds, including the comments.

It would need to update over time - making use of the eps.version feature.

This should be done once the content-about.tpl.html page is stable.
