HPR has been running for almost 18 years, and has developed it's own norms and values over that time.

Any policy decision that has been discussed, should be made more accessible via the about page.

  • The peer structure of the community
  • How decisions are made
  • HPR governance to include auditor role.
  • Censorship, Freedom of Speech, Responsibilities, Trust
  • SPAM
  • Getting the Code
  • Responsible Disclosure
  • Mail list in the public domain
  • ...

Go through the mail list archive and document all the policies that have been agreed.

Describe also how often a policy should re-discussed.
