Please improve accessibility of the screen reader for qulljs needs to be improved.

The NVDA reader says "Button", "Button", "Button", "Button", going on when you tab through the menu bar.

The issue is not on this page https://quilljs.com/playground/snow and the buttons are "saying" the text correctly
