Very often we get a new host message when a host has uploaded using a email address that is not know to us.

To make it obvious we should show a "Welcome New Host" message for new hosts, and "Welcome back, this is your ${num_shows} episode."

Hopefully it will then be obvious to existing hosts that they uploaded with the wrong email address.
