What

If the site was saved from another tab since you opened it, the editor says so and offers Reload or Overwrite instead of silently clobbering.

Why

Audit: last writer wins. Owner + staff, or phone + desktop editing, is realistic for small businesses.

Today

No revision stamp anywhere.

Design notes

Backend stamps a rev into project.json and returns it; save sends base_rev; mismatch returns 409. No locking or websockets.
