What

The editor stops stuttering every 30 seconds while you're idle.

Why

Audit: every autosave re-exports every page's HTML on the main thread (useWhpApi.ts:78-160), even with no changes. Lag is the #1 complaint about every builder.

Today

Unconditional 30s interval; full export each time.

Design notes

Skip when not dirty; cache exported HTML per page so unchanged pages cost nothing.
