What

Typing in a style field or moving the mouse over the canvas no longer stutters.

Why

Audit: no input debouncing (shared.tsx:244-258); Layers rebuilds a copy of every node on every editor event including hover (LayersPanel.tsx:291-303).

Today

Every keystroke = setProp + full re-render.

Design notes

Layers should depend only on node ids/children with a shallow-equal comparator.

Depends on

  • #32 One undo step per edit, not per keystroke
