Why

A frequent ask: owners want to add pages and menu items without help. Audit: menus are manual with a “Sync with pages” button and no dropdowns.

Design notes

Menu items gain source pages|manual; pages gain showInNav and parent. Dropdowns are CSS plus a tiny touch script.
