Tier: Core polish · Order: 27 of 35 · Effort: M · Impact: med

What

Publish shows a short checklist (3 images missing alt text, Contact has no title, low-contrast hero) with jump-to-fix links. sitemap.xml and robots.txt are generated automatically.

Why

Webflow Audit panel, Wix Accessibility Wizard. Audit: no sitemap, robots, canonical or structured data.

Today

Warnings appear after publishing only; per-page SEO fields exist.

Design notes

Checks run client-side over the saved state; sitemap/robots added in handlePublish.

Depends on

  • #30 Honest save state and publish gated on save

From the 2026-10-07 site-builder research (competitor review, user sentiment, code audit, Fable prioritization). Roadmap: https://claude.ai/artifact/QpQcSCk21z6SN7LPSm8tKE · id publish-checks-seo-a11y
