I am trying to draft out some HTML, CSS that is broadly inline with the design.
I am not too sure if the whole of that Splash image or part of it wants to be incorporated
The icons I've used currently are from [Remix](https://remixicon.com/)
All content is of course example / boilerplate, not being generated from anywhere
