The page at https://hackerpublicradio.org/theme.html which is defined by content-theme.tpl.html needs a review.

The wording is odd
It has been edited from the original where hosts could add their own intro and outro, to the state where they cannot. It's not clear that the latter state is the case now.
The list of links to theme music contains bad URLs.

Is this page relevant any more?

No it will be eliminated and a section will be added to the about page.
