Main issue:

The line containing the list of links:

<< First, < Previous, Next > Latest >>

is larger at the top of each episode page than at the bottom.

Related issue:

there are spaces and tabs between the items in the list, which should be standardised.

This problem was local. My Firefox had cached the CSS, but a cache flush made the site render as intended.
