Placing them into separate files slims down the main connect file and
makes it more obvious where things need to be handled for future

Jeff Mitchell 4833fbba23 Simplify worker->controller connection (#601) 
Go's TLS stack doesn't need a separate CA cert and in fact for sessions
we don't use this. So simplify the worker connection to remove an
unnecessary extra key generation.

It's a bit overwhelming to consume the site and see that you have to
understand all these models. This simplifies it a bit. I also fixed up
some minor wording here and there.
