Tier: Quick win · Order: 9 of 35 · Effort: S · Impact: med

What

Right panel gets two tabs: Element and Site. No more deselecting everything to reach site colors and fonts.

Why

Audit: the single “Styles” tab does nothing (RightPanel.tsx:11-13); Site Design only shows with nothing selected. Stays within the GuidedStyles-only right panel.

Today

Click empty canvas to reach Site Design.

Depends on

None

From the 2026-10-07 site-builder research (competitor review, user sentiment, code audit, Fable prioritization). Roadmap: https://claude.ai/artifact/QpQcSCk21z6SN7LPSm8tKE · id site-design-always-reachable
