What

Changing Primary color or Heading font instantly recolors every button, heading and link on the canvas and the live site. Color pickers offer the site palette first.

Why

Audit: 17 site settings exist as CSS variables but no component uses them; #3b82f6 is hard-coded 118 times; the canvas ignores design changes. Restyling difficulty is a top-6 complaint. Prerequisite for the section library and theme switching.

Today

Variables exported but overridden by inline styles everywhere.

Design notes

No Webflow-style class system; it fights the inline-style/static model. Treat a token as a value: defaults become var(--wsb-primary), which works inline in React and in export. Plumbing is M; re-authoring the 16 templates is what makes it L (do 3-4 first).
