Per-page SEO (title/description/OG/Twitter/noindex) via a PagesPanel page-settings modal; site favicon via AssetPicker; the 16 SiteDesign tokens emitted as :root CSS vars + token-base CSS (making them real globally); published-output focus-visible + prefers-reduced-motion CSS + Google Fonts display=swap. Frontend half of PKG-H; backend (site-builder.php) ships in the deploy bundle against the shared head contract. All head sinks escaped (escapeAttr/safeImageUrl/cssValue). 864 tests.
