The HPR Archive page at https://hackerpublicradio.org/eps/index.html should omit future shows and those reserving Community News slots.

The updates for issue #145 prevent future shows from being included in this show list. The reserved Community News show issue is not really relevant since when these shows become visible they should be fully set up.
