I cloned this repository and installed a static site on my desktop workstation for testing and to get to know rho_n's code. I set it up so that I could build the site from a MySQL (MariaDB) instance or from a SQLite one.

I compared what this exercise had built with the live version and noticed various shortcomings. I corrected issues that I found locally and also made updates to the clone of the Gitea repository for future upload.

It's now time to upload these changes and generate a Pull Request.

I'm registering this Issue so that all of the changes can be consolidated together.

A look through outstanding issues seems to show that this update corrects a number of them:

For what it's worth I added explicit dependencies but Gitea would not accept 117 and 109.
