Details
Fix certbot hook script paths and add logging 
Hook scripts are at /haproxy/scripts/ inside the container (per
Dockerfile COPY), not /app/scripts/. Also added logging of certbot
stdout/stderr so failures are visible in haproxy-manager.log.
