User desires a "Dark Theme" for the website

I found settings that work well with Dark Reader for the desktop. This may work on mobile also. There is a setting called Filter+ and this works in conjunction with adjusting the contrast…

The last time I saw an m3u file was for files on an Ipod or other media player.

Feature request - Make the entire Host tile a link

The tile, if left as is, provides a small target to click on. This is especially more tricky on mobile devices.
